    (i.e. general information provided)
3. Client asked to fill out basic franchise application forms
4. Application reviewed
5. Formal phone interview
6. Applicant offered disclosure documentation (i.e. franchise agreement)
7. Follow up contact regarding documents received
8. Arrange / proof of financing
9. Application reviewed by President
10. Approval notification
11. Sign final draft of documentation
12. Approval of documentation
13. Funds provided for franchise
14. Franchise Awarded!
15. Training provided in Regina
16. Inventory delivered to new franchisee
17. Site visit from President
18. Ongoing franchise support
